Built in 1826 as a detached double fronted Georgian house it is belived to have been sub-divided before construction was complete. Removal of the cement render and con-crete floor are required to remedy damp problems. Laying a breathable lime-crete floor will allow the ground to dry and prevent moisture being forced to the side and up the walls. Asperation are for....... and a solar hot water system. Listed buildings consent approved.
